People are always asking me which direction they should take in their technical careers sometimes I am able to provide good advice; other times I wish I could defer to the technical professionals in the trenches of technology and development and ask their insight on the direct technical professionals should be going in terms of job functions, training, certifications and technologies.

Ensemble Chimes Global (ECG).   ECG has filed for bankruptcy and ceased all business operations leaving its many suppliers without the funds to compensate their contractors, many of whom have already performed their duties. This frightening turn of events represents a real hardship for the impacted suppliers and their workers.
